    a great convenience
Evaluating the machine for what it is, I is simple to set up and use, and is effective. I’ve used it on a variety of doughs and it performs as one would hope in each case…

    False advertising
Amazon advertises this Atlas pasta machine as made of stainless steel. The manufacturer’s website confirms that the unit is made of other types of metal and coatings.

    Great machine
I had been making home made pasta and it was quite good but I had the hardest time getting it thin enough, I could but it was just so much work.

    Atlas pasta machine a workhorse
This little Atlas rolling machine is a true workhorse. I have used it now every week since purchase to roll out dough for making crackers to sell at our local farmers’ market.

    poor design
The key part of it is made of Aluminum! not steel! that’s why mine failed in 4 weeks. “Made of Italy”, so what, pooooor product.

    Maybe mine is defective?
I bought the 150 based on the good reviews it got, but I am not so sure about this..When I try to make spaghetti, no matter how dry the dough, the cutter always leaves two strands…

My father bought this for me several years ago. It produces wonderful results and is sturdy enough to withstand my kids.
