False advertising
Amazon advertises this Atlas pasta machine as made of stainless steel. The manufacturer’s website confirms that the unit is made of other types of metal and coatings. -

Great machine
I had been making home made pasta and it was quite good but I had the hardest time getting it thin enough, I could but it was just so much work. -

Atlas pasta machine a workhorse
This little Atlas rolling machine is a true workhorse. I have used it now every week since purchase to roll out dough for making crackers to sell at our local farmers’ market. -

poor design
The key part of it is made of Aluminum! not steel! that’s why mine failed in 4 weeks. “Made of Italy”, so what, pooooor product. -

Maybe mine is defective?
I bought the 150 based on the good reviews it got, but I am not so sure about this..When I try to make spaghetti, no matter how dry the dough, the cutter always leaves two strands… -
